Andros Taverna x Martha Mae Greek Feast Watercolor Workshop

Transport yourself to the shores of Greece with Martha Mae and Andros Taverna. Join artist and Martha Mae: Art Supplies & Beautiful Things and The Center of Order and Experimentation owner, Jean Cate, for an in-person watercolor workshop at Andros Taverna on Tuesday, August 11th from 6PM-8PM.

Dive into the world of watercolors with a Greek feast! Paint the colorful and textural bounty of fresh Greek fish, citrus, vegetables, and herbs. Choose to paint a single subject or take on a still life portrait. Jean will start class with a tutorial and offer hands-on assistance throughout the session.

To enhance your experience, Andros Taverna will set up a Greek grazing table for you to enjoy for dinner while you are painting.

All necessary materials will be provided for your painting session (painting supplies not to be taken home). All skill levels are welcome.

Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another guest.

Andros Taverna at the Logan Square Farmers Market

Every Sunday from August 2 through October 25, you'll find us under the canopy at the Logan Square Farmers Market, 8:30am–3pm at the Centennial Monument.

We're bringing the Athenian grill: souvlaki and gyro over rice or wrapped in pita, koulouri sesame bagels with tzatziki, whipped feta, and hummus, plus jars of our house Andros seasoning and Eat Well totes and hats.

Do your produce run, then come find us. A few blocks from the taverna, same good food.

We're back at The Oyster Social for year four. Chef Mario returns to the grill with oysters over live coals, plus watermelon ouzo shots served in the shell — because summer only lasts so long.

This year the fest goes fully VIP: fewer guests, more chefs, better access. Which also means limited tickets.

Here's the part where you come in. Taste ours, then vote Andros Taverna Best Oyster. We'll handle the fire.

LIVE SEAFOOD PROGRAM

Our seafood arrives whole, live, and flown in fresh from the Mediterranean — lavraki, sole, fagri, and whatever else the water offers that week. The catch dictates the menu, so the specials change daily. Grilled over live coals, dressed with lemon and good olive oil, served the way it's served in the islands. Check the daily specials before you come in, or ask your server what landed that morning.

Weekday Lunch at Andros Taverna

We're open for lunch Monday through Friday. Come in for the Spartan Meal lunch set, mezze, salads, and Athenian meats — all served on wood-fired pita with a glass of something Greek. Lunch runs 11am to 4 PM, and walk ins and reservations alike are always welcome.

Weekend Brunch at Andros Taverna

Join us Saturday and Sunday for brunch in Logan Square. From 9am to 2pm, we're serving Greek-inspired specialties and house-made pastries from Pastry Chef Hsing Chen — alongside our full coffee program, natural wines, and cocktails.

Whether you're settling in for a long table or grabbing a quick bite on the patio, brunch at Andros is worth savoring.
