Alpha Estate is one of Greece's most accomplished winemakers, founded in 1997 by one of the country's foremost wine experts they now showcase arguably some of the best terroir in all of the Mediterranean.
Join us for a unique tasting that would otherwise only be possible by visiting Alpha Estate's cellar in Greece for a vertical tasting of the iconic SMX bottlings. Featuring grapes native to Mediterranean climates, such as Syrah, Merlot, and the iconic Greek grape Xinomavro. Our Beverage Director, Thomas Kakalios, will personally pour and guide you through the library release tasting of wines from 2003, 2007, 2012, & 2015 in order to study the nuances of the wine's evolution. Paired with bites and spreads from our kitchen, this is the perfect event for a lover of wine who is keen to learn more about the ascendant trajectory of Greek viticulture.
