Four Hands Dinner with Scribe Winery

Sunday, March 8 | 4:00–10:00 PM
$280 per person | Very limited seating

Join us for a one-night-only Four Hands Dinner at Andros Taverna in collaboration with Scribe Winery, featuring a special appearance by winemaker Adam Mariani and a curated menu by 3-star Michelin Chef Kostas Papathanasiou and Chef Doug Psaltis. Two renowned chefs celebrating their Greek heritage. 

The evening centers on a Greek-inspired, multi-course feast rooted in seasonality, classic technique, and generous hospitality. Dishes will be thoughtfully paired with four 4-ounce pours of Scribe wines, plus a bespoke cocktail crafted with ingredients from Scribe’s farm.

This collaborative dinner transforms our dining room into an intimate, communal experience for the evening — regular service will not be available.

Seating is extremely limited. Early reservations are strongly encouraged.

In addition to our regular menu, Chef Dougis offering a selection of a la carte specials for the evening:

To Share: Fagri (whole roasted), Lobster Orzotto, Oven Roasted Seafood Plate with shrimp, calamari, mussels, and octopus

Whole Fish: Your choice of Lavraki, Sea Bream, Fagri, Sole, or Turbot prepared with your choice of sauce: classic, orio, au poivre, plaki, pil pil, seafood essence, Cretan olives and pistachio, or brown butter and pistachio

Dessert: Passionfruit White Chocolate

Sound Bath & Brunch

Saturday, February 21st, 9am 

Join us Saturday, February 21st at 9 AM for an hour-long immersive sound journey led by practitioner, Wes Bayer. Following the sound bath guests will receive a complimentary non-alcoholic Pathfinder Spirit beverage and brunch specialties in the dining room.

Kick off your weekend early on Friday with our lunch menu that includes our popular salads, Athenian meats, and Spartan Meal lunch set. A sommelier selection of half price bottles of wine are available every Friday.
