Doug Psaltis is an acclaimed chef/restaurateur and co-founder of Eat Well Hospitality. His vision for Andros Taverna stems from his childhood where he inspired by the time spent at his grandfather’s diner and cooking alongside his grandmother. Psaltis is a Michelin star chef with over twenty years of experience operating some of the country’s most esteemed establishments.
